Tessa Bosman

Tutor & Client Manager

Tessa joined Winterwood in August 2022 as a tutor and client manager.  As a client manager, she helps families to schedule ongoing lessons, and helps to link families and tutors.  Tessa is also responsible for overseeing the management of our tutors from recruitment stage, through training and matching them to students.

Prior to working for Winterwood, Tessa was the Head of department in Humanities for a secondary school in South Africa.  She taught Geography and gained experience in managing a team of educators and related staff in respect of the day-to-day functioning of the humanities department.
