This year we expect a very high percentage of our students to go through to interview. As many interviews will be held in early January, we are running an interview preparation group to help students understand how to structure their preparation over the winter break.
We will repeat last year’s popular – and successful – format. Students will first take an interview preparation seminar, which will include examples of past interview questions, tips and games designed to prepare students for group interviews, and advice on how to prepare at home. The course will be led by Dr Tom Parkinson.
Students will then take one to one interviews with four very different tutors, each with unique academic background and profiles. This will help students get used to meeting different types of interviewers. The format will be repeated on day two, meaning students will be able to experience eight different interview scenarios, to prepare for a wide range of schools.
Students will receive grades and feedback from each interviewer, and will receive tips and preparation material they can attempt at home.
Sunday 5th and Sunday 12th December, 10:00-15:00 daily
Fee: £75 +VAT per hour
